THE CUBE, Encompass’s purpose-built broadcast studio, has been around for several years and started gaining attention as in-person events were cancelled due to the pandemic. It’s a purpose-built space … not a warehouse pop-up that’s been hastily put together as a temporary response.

The studio experience that we offer is high-level in both our physical arena and our production team. Coming from a broadcast television background, we’ve developed the studio to encompass the same level of professionalism that television stations have.
Our Studio
THE CUBE contains four different sets that are ready to go with short notice. It utilizes the latest broadcast technology including robotic cameras and teleprompting equipment. Sets include a large LED display, a set of three vertical monitors, a brick wall with one horizontal monitor, and another vertical monitor in front of a lit curtain.
- Curved LED display: This provides the most modern and customizable design possible. At a size of 25’ x 8’, this display is well-suited for various camera angles and multiple people/products on set. Images are populated by a media server that can composite stills/videos creating ultra-realistic scenes and limitless branding potential.
- Triple Portrait Monitors: This option provides a set of three vertical monitors that reflect the current climate of younger audiences preferring portrait-oriented video. The vertical configuration mimics human design and helps the audience feel more connected to the content. It also enables a more personable approach to video conferencing and discussion with multiple remote participants.
- Brick Wall with Horizontal Monitor: Providing an additional space for short presentations, promos and transitions, this is an excellent set for creating variety in your content.
- Vertical Monitor with Black Curtain: This set is a perfect platform for promos, branding and tosses in a similar way as the brick wall monitor. The black curtain is lit and the color can be changed to meet branding requirements.

OUR TEAM
Every use of THE CUBE includes a Studio Supervisor to ensure a great experience. Depending upon the need, our team scales up to include many other talented and knowledgeable individuals including Video Engineer, Audio Engineer, Graphics Operator, Playback Operator, Streaming Coordinator (deals with Zoom and monitors net return), Makeup Artist, Teleprompter Operator, and others. We even provide Producers, Directors, Copywriters, and Spokesperson Training when needed.

*COVID-19 notice – THE CUBE offers ample space for social distancing and follows all protocols. There are separate entrances for the client and crew along with separate HVAC and restrooms. All action is recorded with robo cameras to help keep operators out of the studio.
