Get Noticed
The first step of our onboarding gathers the necessary contact information plus skills that make you a great asset to the Encompass team. It's easy to get started and onboarding is processed quickly... you'll be onsite before you know it!

Get Crewed
Once approved, our Productions Team will start booking you!
We use Lasso (the app, not their Marketplace offering) to communicate event opportunities, confirm booking status, and share details before arriving onsite.

Get Paid
Invoices are submitted, processed, and paid online through our Contractor Portal. You'll have complete access 24/7 but our office staff is always happy to help too!
