RE/MAX has an internal production team that operates at a level few corporations do. With studios, edit suites, field kits, and a skilled team that brings everything together, they chose to elevate their awards celebration far beyond a traditional ballroom.
Instead of a standard venue, they produced a network-style broadcast live from their own lobby. Their team used in-house resources for much of the show, while Encompass provided a large LED display framing the red carpet along with celebratory lighting and environmental effects.
We love bringing the show to the audience. Nothing feels more personal to a corporate team than transforming their own headquarters into a broadcast environment. Lobbies, training centers, and common spaces create a connection that traditional venues cannot.
These events can be moderately disruptive, but we work hard to minimize our footprint. The payoff is significant. Onsite productions save time for executives and employees, create a familiar setting, and deliver an experience that feels custom to the organization.
