Our Role
Focused, Defined, and Intentional
Encompass Event Group specializes in the design and deployment of live event systems. We support associations, agencies, producers, and technical directors by removing the technical burden associated with complex events.
We do not provide creative direction, scenic design, content development, or talent booking. We intentionally remain on the technical design and deployment side of engagements.
The client or producer retains ownership of creative direction and the client relationship. Our role is to ensure that technical systems are thoroughly prepared, clearly documented, and reliably executed.

Planning is led by a dedicated Project Manager within our facility-based team. This role is responsible for documentation, coordination, venue integration, and overall readiness.

Onsite, a senior Technical Director leads technical execution and real-time decision-making. Audio, video, lighting, and presentation systems are managed in alignment with the established run of show.

We support show flow and cue execution under producer or stage management leadership. Our responsibility is to ensure that every technical element is prepared, aligned, and executed precisely without competing for creative ownership or client authority.

This structure ensures that execution teams are not building plans onsite. They are executing a system that has already been engineered and aligned.
We support this with a network of over 220 pre-qualified technicians who deliver consistent, experienced support at any scale.
Pre-Production

Pre-production is focused on removing ambiguity and aligning every technical detail before the event begins.
Documentation is designed to support producer authority and show-calling leadership, not replace it.
